From the very start 18 years ago, we have been working hard to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We are constantly spending time on improving the quality of our service. Here we would like to take the opportunity to introduce our company and the concept for which we stand.
Our Team.
As a small, friendly family business, we guarantee every customer a personal and individual consultation. Every member of our team is familiar with each other, and our communication paths – and those to our service team in Croatia - are short and efficient. This helps us to react quickly in case there are unexpected developments, and to make sure that you enjoy a carefree and pleasant vacation.
In our central office, we are always there to find the right yacht for you, to advise you and to assist you in taking your decision and planning your vacation. That way, in the past 18 years we were able to continually enlarge the circle of our content customers, of which more and more have become regulars. By the way: Our regular customers are eligible to reduced charter prices.
Our Yachts.
We know each of our yachts inside out. As one of the few companies that not merely ‘charters out’ yachts, our boats are maintained and looked after by our service point staff. That way we can control and improve the condition of the yachts.
Our well-kept owner’s yachts are all in excellent condition and stocked with high-level equipment: All boats are supplied with GPS, auto pilot, tenders, sun sail or bimini, deck shower, etc., that are at your disposal for no extra charge. What is more, some yachts also have radar, GPS with plotter, warm water supply, sprayhood, etc.
Generally, every pantry is supplied with a sufficient number of pots, pans and bowls, cutlery, dishes and glasses according to the number of cabins. Similarly, there is distress equipment, plenty of life-saving jackets with life belts, as well as nautical material, all of which is part of the standard equipment of our boats. Needless to say, all yachts are adequately insured (either fully or partly comprehensive insurance).
Our Service.
Our customers’ high expectations concerning the quality of our service have always inspired us. At our service point in the Marina Betina on Murter Peninsula, for example, we offer a shopping service as well as transfer from and to the local airport. We would like to invite you to enjoy our special service so that nothing can keep you from a relaxed start into your sailing cruise vacation.
